Job Summary The HR Coordinator will be responsible for contributing towards the effective running of the HR team, by providing first class administrative, logistical and customer service support to the HRBP's, company stakeholders, senior Management team and the HR Director. Profile and Requirements Responsibilities : Acts as primary liaison for administrative matters: Provide guidance on processes and procedures administrative and HR related by managing the HR mailbox escalating to HRBP when necessary: Administrative tasks such as maintaining employee files, filing paperwork, completing employee documentation, recording data on each current employee; maintaining and filing paperwork of terminated or exiting employees : Organise and co: ordinate occupational health appointments, including submitting referral, liaising with OH provider, and ensuring appropriate action points are followed up: Collating and producing monthly payroll reports: Administration of Company benefits schemes: Site Communications and Social Media Lead: Engagement champion, help plan and facilitate employee engagement activities Requirements : Previous experience.
