Qualifications Bachelors degree in Human Resources or 5 years of human resources work experience exceeding 1,000 employees. Primary Duties/Responsibilities: Conducting internal agency investigations and responding to UI inquiries.: Managing employee FMLA and ADA requests for agency leave records.: Must ensure that all policies and procedures are followed.: Respond to Unemployment Insurance (UI) inquiriesand maintain detailed records on hearing outcomes.: Conduct investigations to determine violations of company policies and procedures.: Review HR agency documents for accuracy before submission.: Assist with quarterly and annual EEOC reporting.: Performs other duties as assigned.
