An exciting opportunity to join an established company as HR Business Partner. You will be joining a small and established HR team, for a 12-month fixed term contract to cover maternity. The role is full time and permanent and offers very flexible hybrid working. The salary is to be discussed upon application. The organisation works internationally and are recognised for the work they do. The head office is based just outside Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire. Purpose of the role This role will oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR department. Working as part of the team, you will be a passionate and enthusiastic. Your positive, can-do attitude will help to deliver excellence throughout the business. You will help drive a people strategy that supports high performance, talent development and growth aligned to the departmental needs/objectives. In addition to the above, you will oversee the recruitment & onboarding process of new employees, continually seeking to improvement the candidate and employee experience. As HR Business Partner, you be responsible for: Working with Line Managers in supporting them through any personnel procedures in day-to-day case work such as performance improvement plans, investigations, grievances, and disciplinary hearings always ensuring legal compliance Overseeing and providing support to the Talent Acquisition Lead regarding the on-boarding & recruitment process, ensuring high levels of service at all stages of the process Maintaining the Wellbeing programme and continually review offering/approach Managing Payroll & Benefits process, ensuring all deadlines are met HR Policy & Compliance – ensure current policies are reviewed and maintained, liaising with Group where required HR system improvements – review and implement any.
