The starting salary is in the 67k - 77k range based on experience WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: Provide support on all appropriate aspects related to Human Resources for assigned divisions and for the company. An example of the tasks you will be responsible for include: Complete assigned recruiting responsibilities Make recommendations to compensation at the time of job offer as well as internal promotion opportunities Provide support for employment transactions including new hires, promotions, transfers, and separations Effectively administer various employee HR programs which may include meeting planning, fleet administration, profit sharing, office events, Performance Management, Individual Development Program, Sales Contests, etc. Understand benefits plans to provide information to employees as required Leave administration including ADA, FMLA, Military Leave, etc. Maintain HR related policies Provide training for assigned responsibilities HERE’S WHAT YOU BRING: Bachelor's degree is required Two years of applicable HR experience Fluent in Spanish and English Strong verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on professional business language Ability to travel overnight both domestically and internationally as needed Proficiency in Word and Excel Overview: Dart Container sets the Industry Standard of Excellence in the development, manufacture, and global distribution of innovative foodservice packaging solutions.
