We are looking for an enthusiastic and strategic Human Resources Business Partner to enable the team to deliver an exceptional colleague and guest experience. You will develop short and long-term HR business strategies and be an advisor and business partner to the General Manager, building on the UK HR priorities. You will lead the Talent agenda, working alongside the Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure regular Talent conversation cadence to foster talent visibility and succession planning whilst championing diversity and inclusion to build a strong Employer Brand to attract and retain talent enabling a culture of productivity, career paths and meaningful experiences. Drawing from your previous experience you are able to lead the True Hospitality Culture through initiatives and intervention aimed at ensuring there is room to belong for every team member. You can evaluate colleague feedback and drive forward outputs and interventions, backss and improve management practices and behaviours to drive a high - performance culture including recognition, by enabling managers and leaders to be their best at work. You build people manager capability through coaching and the promotion of positive mediation activities and mitigation of ER issues. Coaching and enabling others to resolve conflict and build trust within their teams and functions. You can engage with stakeholders to define capability needs and promote a culture.
