We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in West Susinteraction to assist with the appointment of a HR Advisor, on a 2-month contract , highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Responsibilities: Delivery of comprehensive HR generalist advice and support to managers and employees, and timely and proactive management of employee relations casework, escalating more complex issues to senior colleagues or specialist teams as appropriate. Supports HR Senior Business Partners and HR Business Partners with the day-to-day operational delivery of People Plans and activities, as defined and led by specialist HR teams and senior colleagues. Promote awareness and application of HR policies and procedures within the supported service area. Supports directorates with resourcing requirements/interviews etc. You will lead, promote and demonstrate the values of our organisation Requirements: Working towards Level 5 in CIPD or equivalent qualification or experience. Experience of providing comprehensive HR generalist advice and support to managers on HR policies, practices and processes to managers and responding to employee enquiries. Please note: You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice. You should have right to work in U.
