Housing Management (or Property) Worker Middlesbrough and Teesside Permanent, full time (37.5 hpw) Pay £12.00 per hour (£23,464 per annum) and great benefits including Health Cash Plan Home, a place where you belong This is a great opportunity for a Housing Management worker to join our team here in Teesside. As our Housing and Property Guru, you? ll support our customers, ensuring their homes are safe and well maintained. Providing a housing management service, you? ll support them to manage and maintain their tenancy and rent accounts. Typical day as a Housing Management Worker Customer group - 55 and over Making sure that our customers properties are homes they can be proud of, you? ll support your customers by engaging and involving them in their tenancies. Help our customers with housing benefit claims, making sure that these are received on their rent account. To support the next customers who needs our help and for maximum occupancy, you? ll turn around vacant or void properties within set timescales. This may involve picking up a broom or paint brush! You? ll carry out and record the routine safety and compliance checks in our buildings and communities making sure we? re compliant. You? ll also manage the admin updating records, ordering, and arranging payment for works to be done Fancy going home each day knowing that you have helped change our customers lives for the better?
