We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping and Laundry Site Manager to oversee all aspects of housekeeping, floor care and laundry operations for a 150-bed nursing home. Successful candidate will need to demonstrate the ability to perform the following:- Excellent Customer Service- Employee Relations- Hiring- Disciplinary Action- Training- Problem Solving- Time Management- Managing Budgets- Purchasing Supplies- Regulatory Compliance- Team Building- Complete Understanding of the Nursing Home EnvironmentMust have two (2) years previous management experience. Preferably in a nursing home, Healthcare or Hospitality environment. Successful candidate must have obtained or be willing to absorb extensive comprehensive knowledge/training in full-service housekeeping and laundry operations.Position is a full-time day position with excellent starting salary, benefits, and great advancement opportunities.
