Job Description: The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the housekeeping operations: Assist the Director of Maintenance with interviewing/hiring/disciplining staff as directed Keep track of necessary supplies and place orders as needed Work alongside your housekeeping staff to ensure housekeeping and duties are being completed efficiently and properly Attend facility management meetings to report on team activities Benefits: Complete medical/dental/vision insurance benefits Employer-matching 401k retirement program Up to 16 days' paid time off per year Company paid Life Insurance Requirements: Two years' prior commercial housekeeping experience One-year prior housekeeping supervisory experience highly preferred High School Diploma required Reliable transportation to/from work
