Join our detail-oriented housekeeping team and help maintain the beauty and charm of The Inn at SentryWorld.We are hiring both part-time and full-time housekeepers for The Inn. The compensation for this role is $16/hr, with tip eligibility. What You'll Do As a housekeeper with The Inn, you'll: Clean guest rooms to ensure all areas are properly sanitized and appropriately stocked with room amenities. Change and replace guest room bedding and towels and direct necessary items to laundry area. Vacuum guest rooms and clean all floor surfaces while following set procedures. Dust and sanitize all in-room surfaces, safely, using appropriate chemicals and equipment. Deliver items such as extra linens, towels or pillows to rooms upon guest request. Provide a secure environment for all guests and associates by ensuring all guestrooms are locks and assigned keys are maintained and return/document any items left behind in guest rooms after departure. What It Takes Age requirement of 18+ required High School Diploma or equivalent work experience Previous customer service skills and attention to detail are essential Ability to follow procedures and specifications Strong communication, human relations, and motivational skills Ability to operate in a service environment and respond effectively to customers Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed Work extended/non-standard hours including nights, weekends and holidays as needed What You'll Receive We strive to provide exceptional experiences for our guests, and we want to provide you with a similar experience.
