assumes responsibility for complete facility operations during the assigned shift. This includes supervising nursing and clinical staff, ensuring that patient care is provided in an accurate and timely manner for all patients. The House Supervisor collaborates with the medical staff, administration and other support departments to achieve the patient and family care objective. Associates Degree in Nursing required. Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred. Three or more years of clinical nursing experience in psychiatric nursing with a sound knowledge base required. One year supervisory/managerial experience preferred. License to practice as a registered nurse by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing required. Must demonstrate strong leadership skills and clinical competency. Should be able to demonstrate knowledge of management techniques, the nursing process, interpersonal relationship skills and group dynamics. Must express self clearly in writing, speaking and manner. Basic computer skills required. Must maintain a professional attitude and demeanor and communicate effectively and easily with all levels of staff. Must be self-directed and a self-starter. Must be able to work projects through from idea to implementation and evaluation. Demonstrates visionary and creative thinking ability. Evening Shift Position. #CB
