An exceptional opportunity has emerged for a dedicated House Manager to join a prominent organisation on a permanent, part-time basis. In this role, your focus will be on proficiently overseeing on-site operations and resources while delivering outstanding customer service to the tenants of the facility. As the House Manager, your responsibilities will include: Maintaining comprehensive records and adhering to emergency protocols Assisting in the coordination of events and activities Engaging with potential homeowners and tenants, acquainting them with the organisation and the array of services provided Addressing inquiries related to various aspects of organisational management Assuming accountability for all aspects of Health and Safety, including reports, procedural adherence, inspections, maintenance, and security We would love to see your CV if you have the following: Previous experience in a customer-centric environment, ideally within the housing sector Exceptional communication skills and a strong orientation towards customer service The ability to uphold high standards of personal conduct and professional relationships Proficiency in maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection regulations Capability to collaborate effectively within a team setting and work autonomously This is a part-time, temporary ongoing role, covering sickness and would be working Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, equating to 30 hours per week. The position is situated near Whitchurch. The pay rate is £11.20 per hour plus holiday pay. Please be advised that this position is subject to a DBS Check from the Disclosure and Barring Service.
