You will be responsible for supervising the property's complete maintenance and routine processes to make it fully functional, enjoyable, and safe. Responsibilities: • Assist other technicians and engineers with a variety of maintenance tasks in a collaborative manner• Tend to all of the hotel's equipment and conduct preventive maintenance routines• React to emergencies that happen before, during, and after your regular work shifts• Handle maintenance issues as quickly as possible to assure guest satisfaction• Work with a variety of tools hammers and screwdrivers, indicators and edge finders, drills, wrenches, and other maintenance tools of the trade Qualifications: • Stellar communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are needed• Driver’s license and outstanding driving record is necessary• This position requires occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.• Experience with facilities management software is preferred• Applicants must have 2-4 years of experience in maintenance Compensation: $25-$30 hourly DOE About Company: The Adelphi Hotel is Saratoga Springs’ landmark boutique property which blends old-world grace and Victorian grandeur with exceptional service and style for today’s guests.
