Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision offered after qualification period Employee discounts at Marriott Hotels worldwide Referral bonus program - $200/referred employee after 30 days of employment, some restrictions apply Washington State Paid Sick Leave Vacation time accrued based on hours worked Free parking Job Duties: Performs routine maintenance on building interior and exterior Maintains and repairs the building's plumbing and electrical systems, including replacing worn or defective parts such as switches and fuses Maintains all fixtures and equipment per preventative maintenance schedule, and records maintenance in the hotel's Preventative Maintenance Log Replaces worn or damaged parts such as hoses, wiring, and belts, in machines and equipment Assists other departments as needed Maintains and services pool and spa areas including testing and recording as required by state and city regulations Keeps accurate records of key control changes May need to lift up-to 75lbs Preferred Skills: Previous hotel experience or building maintenance preferred Must be able to paint, drywall, caulk, grout, etc. Ability to work independently Strong work ethic Able to stand for extended periods of time Ability to work occasional weekends and holidays Job Posted by ApplicantPro
