We're hiring a reliable and enthusiastic Laundry Attendant who is able to self-motivate to get the job done. Our Laundry Attendants perform a variety of duties including stain removal, washing, drying, and folding linens while maintaining a clean laundry room. Our ideal candidate has some experience with commercial laundry products and the ability to lift 10-20 pounds, or more, regularly. Responsibilities: • Inspect all linens to identify stains and remove stains with appropriate cleaning products and techniques• Verify that all laundry equipment is in good working order and alert the facilities manager of any repair needs• Load all laundry into the washer and add specified cleaning agents according to directions• Maintain inventory of all cleaning supplies and communicate needs to general manager• Take out the clothes and linens after washing and dry them following the manufacturer's recommendations Qualifications: • At least 1 year of experience as a laundry attendant, housekeeper or similar role preferred• Experience with a variety of commercial cleaning products and techniques• This position requires the ability to lift 20 or more pounds regularly• Possesses a strong work ethic with exemplary organizational, time management, and communication skills Compensation: $13 - $14.25 hourly About Company: We are an 80-room select-service hotel in Polson, Montana. Our amenities include a pool and hot tub, fitness center, breakfast buffet, and on-site meeting space.
