Hotel Front Desk Receptionist

Responsibilities: --- Take incoming calls, online and in-person room bookings requests, and answer questions about guests' needs involving room rates, available rooms, amenities, rewards programs, and special requests --- Give every guest a warm welcome, check them in, and check them out when they leave, ensuring you provide correct keys and room numbers --- Perform regular bookkeeping duties: make sure hotel guest information is current and correct --- Mitigate customer complaints as needed --- Communicate with housekeeping to make sure guest rooms are ready Qualifications: --- Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations --- At least one year of hospitality industry experience as a hotel front desk agent or similar position preferred --- Has previous experience or working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems --- High school graduate, GED recipient, or equivalent --- Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational skills, and customer service skills About Company: Get more value for your hard-earned money at the Quality Inn & Suites-- - Round Rock, Texas located a short drive away from Austin, TX.
