Responsibilities: • Connect with the housekeeping department to ensure guest accommodations are ready• Manage room bookings in-person, online, and through incoming calls, and answer inquiries about guests’ needs, including questions about available rooms, amenities, room rates, special requests, and rewards programs• Bookkeeping: keep accurate records of all hotel guest account information • Field customer complaints when necessary• Greet, check-in, and check out guests when they arrive and leave the premises, distribute keys and room assignments, and record credit card information• Prior hotel experience preferred Qualifications: • Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations• High school graduate, GED recipient, or equivalent • 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry as a hotel front desk agent, hotel receptionist, or guest service specialist preferred• Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems• Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational skills, and customer service skills Compensation: $12 - $14 hourly About Company: Our mission statement is simple: To provide legendary service to our guests by empowering our team to consistently deliver the spirit of hospitality in a safe and friendly work environment.
