We are searching for an enthusiastic, service-focused Hotel Front Desk Agent to join our guest services team part-time. You’ll welcome guests, manage accounts, answer inquiries, and field complaints to ensure we deliver an excellent experience to every guest. PM Shift Availability Responsibilities: • Handle customer complaints as necessary• General bookkeeping: ensure all hotel guest account information is accurate and up-to-date• Communicate with housekeeping to make sure guest rooms are ready• Answer incoming calls and questions about guests’ needs in-person and online regarding room bookings, room rates, amenities, available rooms, rewards programs, and special requests • Welcome, register, check-in, and check out guests staying at the hotel, provide keys and room numbers, and record credit card information Qualifications: • Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems• 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry as a hotel front desk agent, hotel receptionist, or guest service specialist preferred• Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations• Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent About Company: Our hotel is 10 minutes from San Antonio International Airport via free shuttle. We're within a mile of local shops, dining, and entertainment venues. Highway 281 puts us 12 miles north of downtown San Antonio, passing by the San Antonio Zoo, DoSeum, and Botanical Garden along the way.
