We are currently seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Host/Hostess. As a Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.Duties:- Greet guests as they arrive and escort them to their tables- Manage the waitlist and seating arrangements- Provide menus to guests and answer any questions regarding menu items- Assist servers with taking orders and delivering food when needed- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station- Handle phone calls and make reservations using the POS system- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely seating and service- Address any guest concerns or complaints in a professional manner- Uphold high standards of hospitality and create a welcoming atmosphere for guestsExperience:- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred- Knowledge of POS system is a plus- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment- Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for guestsJoin our team and become part of a dynamic hospitality environment where you can grow your skills and contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests.
