If you are interested to be part of the team of this exciting new restaurant, we are now accepting applications for various positions including Host Staff Job Description Responsibilities • Greeting customers as they walk into the restaurant • Helping guests with reservations and guiding them to their table • Giving guests accurate wait time estimates and seating them in the waiting area • Providing customers with menus and answering any initial questions they may have • Optimizing seating at different tables to ensure even workload for wait staff • Answering phones and scheduling reservations with large parties Requirements Standing for extended periods (8 hr shift) Food safety knowledge Ability to lift 20 lbs Speed and finesse are a must Meets all company standards Maintain a positive attitude with self, guests, and teammates Completes all ongoing certifications/validations Maintains a clean Workspace Toast Experience preferred 7rooms experience preffered 1+ years of experience in a high Volume restaurant preferred Ability to work in outdoor elements with ranging temperatures Ability to work in high volume restaurant kitchen Benefits Health Insurance Flexible Schedule
