Support the delivery of excellent food preparation and delivery within hospitality and events Conferences and events up to 300 people Salary of up to £45,000 depending on expereince Key Skills Responsible for leading, managing and maintaining in the absence of the head chef. Producing outstanding food using the finest and freshest ingredients for a range of catering from plated fine dining, canapes, working lunches, buffets and food bowl events. Deliver new menu concepts and ideas. The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience in a Hospitality Sous Chef/ Banqueting role. Would have worked in a high volume environment. B&I experience advantageous. Have a passion for high quality food.
