In this position, you can expect to have a steady census in the Northern New Jersey Area. The majority of our patients are in their personal homes we also have the pleasure of working together with inpatient facilities and we provide the following benefits: • Mileage Reimbursement• Career Development• PTO Responsibilities:• Assess the condition of patients and track their progress diligently• Create and execute a comprehensive care plan for each individual• Work collaboratively with the Hospice Team within an interdisciplinary environment• Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families• Maintain open communication with fellow healthcare professionals• Ensure compliance with regulatory and clinical documentation standards• Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Qualifications:• Possess a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Jersey• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)• Have a minimum of one year of experience working in a Hospice environment• Previous exposure to hospice care is considered advantageous• Must have at least one year of medical and surgical experience• Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Compensation: $89,000 - $94,000 yearly About Company: Spero Hospice is a group of dedicated, hardworking professionals who understand that individuals and families entering hospice care may feel scared, overwhelmed, sad, or unsure.
