AccuAir Heating & Cooling is locally-owned and operated heating and air conditioning company. We are seeking to add to our growing Retail Sales force. We are looking for a goal-minded individual to meet and present our products to our clients. No HVAC experience required. Must have a great "can do" attitude, willing to work nights and weekends when the appointments arise. Pay Scale: Base + Commissions + Benefits + Bonus; $65k+ 1st Year Income Potential (experienced HVAC sales professionals may earn much more) Benefits: We offer an awesome benefit package which includes medical and dental insurance for the employee at no cost to you! We also offer a retirement plan with a company match, Vacation/PTO pay, Holiday pay, Company provides vehicle, i-Pad, i-Phone, uniforms, and Sick Leave (earned at 1 hour per 30 hours worked, not to exceed 40 hours) FLSA Status: Exempt Outside Sales Work Hours: Work hours will vary based upon scheduling needs of customer, presentation times and seasonality and the salesperson may regulate their work hours accordingly. Required Qualifications: 2+ years consultative sales experience Comfortable working directly with consumers in their home Ability to use Company-furnished technology products Valid driver's license with clean, insurable driving record Desired Qualifications: 5+ years' experience retail sales Goal orientated with a strong desire to succeed Excellent customer service skills Strong interpersonal & communication skills Good writing skills Professional appearance Solid organizational and sales pipeline management skills Strong understanding of the psychology of sales
