We are financially stable and have had strong revenue growth annually since company inception. Job Description : We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Home Inspector to join our team. As a Home Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of residential properties, assessing their condition, and preparing detailed reports for our clients. Your keen eye for detail and in-depth knowledge of residential construction and building codes will be essential in identifying any issues or potential hazards. Responsibilities : Perform comprehensive inspections of residential properties, including structural components, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC systems, and more. Utilize specialized tools and equipment to assess the condition of properties accurately. Identify any safety concerns, defects, or areas requiring repairs or maintenance. Communicate inspection findings clearly and effectively to clients, both verbally and through detailed written reports. Provide recommendations for necessary repairs or improvements based on inspection findings. Stay updated on industry standards, building codes, and regulations related to home inspections. Requirements : Minimum of One Year as a Proven experience as a Home Inspector. Thorough understanding of residential construction techniques, building codes, and regulations. Must currently have your Washington State Home Inspector License. Strong attention to detail and observational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Proficiency in using inspection tools and equipment. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Must be able to perform job duties including roof inspection, attic, and crawl space inspection work. Benefits : Competitive salary commensurate with experience. Seasoned Inspectors with our company earn $80,000-$110,000 (volume dependent). Your first year with us will be a target pay of $60,000-80,000 while you onboard and learn our detail-heavy inspection procedures.
