Requirements: - Current and valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Florida. - Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist, preferably in a home health setting. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team. - Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. - Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in documenting patient progress and treatment plans using electronic medical records (EMR). - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to patients' homes.
