Home Health Account Executive Location: Las Vegas, NV Base Salary $65,000-$90,000 depending on experience Bonus opportunities Dependable Home Health of Nevada is seeking an experienced home health sales professional to join our team. Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities Directs all daily marketing operations. Establishment and implementation of marketing/sales initiatives. Continuously conducts market assessments and develops a comprehensive marketing plan. Provides expertise in strategic planning, identifying opportunities for additional or improved services. Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with referral sources. Community outreach efforts to ensure Agency is known as a high-quality provider of services. Maintains comprehensive working knowledge of the local market conditions. Monitors and reports on the effectiveness of marketing efforts Community Engagement: Act as a bridge between the organization and the local community, fostering positive relationships, and maintaining a strong presence within the community. Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with current and potential referral and payer sources. Qualified candidates will possess the following: An associate's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred, but proven success may substitute for education. At least one (1) year of experience in Home Health marketing, in the Las Vegas area is required. Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, creativity and flexibility in performing job responsibilities. Effective writing, speaking, presenting and active listening skills Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with management, team members, clients and customers where applicable Familiarity with content management systems, webpage analytics, customer relationship management and other relevant software Data analysis, critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making Understanding of industry best practices Creativity, adaptability and familiar with current marketing trends Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills Project management skills, like goal-setting and deadline management Great organization, time management and prioritization abilities Comfortable in high-pressure and fast-paced environments #IND1
