What you will do We are seeking an energetic and experienced Manager of Home Delivery to join our growing and dynamic team! The ideal candidate will be driven, innovative, compassionate, believe in the goodness of people and cannabis, and enjoys the one team, one dream motto! The Home Delivery Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day home delivery operations and home delivery team; reporting directly to the Queens Dispensary Manager. This position is Full-time, salaried. Approximately 40 hours per week; working Tuesdays-Saturdays. Highlighted Responsibilities Ensure driver/fleet compliance with all state medical cannabis transport regulations. Record/Maintain preventative maintenance program for delivery fleet. Assist with hiring new Home Delivery Drivers, and Oversight of their Training. Respond to customer service requests in respect to home delivery. Respond to emergencies and perform delivery routes as needed. Ensure deliveries are performed within scheduled time frames. Develop and implement standardized training programs. Help sort home delivery orders with dispensary staff. Route next day deliveries and create daily manifests. Work with driver union representatives as needed. Ensure drivers follow all procedures and regulations; implementing corrective action as needed. Qualifications Must have current New York State driver's license and clean Motor Vehicle Record. At least 2-5 years of prior logistics management experience is required. Ability to pass background check and drug test as required by law. Experience using Routing platform (OnFleet preferred). Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. Adaptable to change in the work environment. Must be at least 21 years of age or older. Strong background in customer service. Proficiency with MS Office required. Ability to work independently.
