Home based Supervising Social Worker Salary between GBP40,000 : GBP45,000 per annum, depending on experience Non Stop Care is working with a well established Independent Fostering Agency with a Good Ofsted in the Kent area, in order to help them recruit for a permanent Supervising Social Worker. This is mostly a home based role, offering you a lot of flexibility with your schedule. You will have to go to the office in Maidstone now and then for the team meetings, but that is not very often. Responsibilities: The Supervising Social Worker will be responsible for the recruitment, backssment and supervision of about 10 foster carers located in Kent. The role is due to internal promotion, so the Supervising Social Worker will take on an existing caseload, with some capacity to grow in numbers. Benefits: : a very good salary (can get up to around GBP45,000 per annum) : Good Ofsted : Home based role : Very supportive and experienced manager : Access to a broad range of learning and development opportunities including therapeutic training and PACE. : Access to Management Career Development Plan (CDP) : Career progression : 28 days leave plus 8 bank holidays, plus birthday off each year. This will be increasing by a further 4 days with length of service. : 45p per mile for business mileage Requirements: Please apply if you are a Qualified Social Worker and if you have experience in working in fostering or within a LAC team.
