My client based in Yorkshire is looking for an experienced, Band 6/7 Histology Biomedical Scientist for a locum contract, starting as soon as possible. The Role: Job Title: Biomedical Scientist Band: 6/7 Department: Histology Start Date: ASAP : Ongoing Working Pattern: Mon : Fri, 37.5 hrs/wk. Requirements: HCPC registered as a Biomedical Scientist. 2 years experience in Histology Minimum. UK experience in Cellular Pathology Ability to cut at least 40 blocks per hour. Ability to cut levels and serial sections. Embedding Special stains Specimen dissection.
