Hiring Specialist HR / Bilingual (Spanish) Full time Location: Tice Under the general direction of the Director of Human Resources the Hiring Specialist is responsible for the successful coordination of new hire processing, exercising independent judgement and discretion as needed. Assists in recruiting and evaluating prospective employees. Description of Responsibilities: Successfully coordinate all new hire processing.2. Assist with staffing and selection for all positions within the company as needed. Function as a resource to all levels of staff regarding HR processes. Perform general clerical duties as needed. Regular, timely attendance is essential to this position. Knowledge, Abilities and Skills: Proficient use of computer and software programs and other standard office equipment as needed. Ability to perform all functions within strict confidential guidelines; follow instructions both verbally and in writing; perform duties within a team setting and to work with a diversified population involving many different cultures and educational levels; exercise sound judgment; be well organized, have good oral and written communication skills, work well under pressure, and be flexible. Required Experience: A two (2) year Associates Degree or equivalent prior experience in Human Resources.
