Hematology-Oncology physician job in New York : Join 4 board-certified Hematologist/Oncologists in a hospital-employed opportunity in Brooklyn, NY. One office location in Brooklyn. Fully equipped office with an infusion center with 10 chairs. The ARNP manages the center. This position will involve two office sessions per week and the rest of the time will be rounding and consulting at their hospitals. New physician will round and consult at one main hospital and occasionally at another hospital for vacations and sick coverage. Call during the week will be 1-5, physicians typically do not have to go into the hospital while on call. Call on the weekend is 1-4, typically rounding on Saturday and Sunday from 8 AM - 3 PM. Typically consulting with 15 patients throughout the weekend. Night call on the weekend is covered by physicians based at the hospital.
