Summary: Provide technical support and assistance via phone, email or onsite. Responsibilities : Identify, prioritize, troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues. Analyze & resolve end user hardware and software issues; provide training to staff, as needed. Monitor network connectivity. Requirements: Comprehensive knowledge of Computer Hardware. Network & PC Operating systems including Windows 10, Server 2012, 2016 or 2019. Experience with Microsoft operating systems. Experience: One year experience in an IT related field. Associates degree in Computer Science and/or Two years' experience is preferred. Location : Artesia NM Must be able to pass a credit, background and reference check.
