Work Location: Bradenton, FL As part of this role, you will: Log all requests for assistance (tickets) in the Help Desk Database (BOSS Helpdesk) Provide technical computer assistance (diagnose and apply recommended solution) to users or escalate ticket to appropriate IT staff Report urgent problems to the IT staff immediately Manage Help Desk calls/emails to resolution Provide technical telephony assistance to users What you need to bring to this role: High School Diploma or GED equivalent Ability to approach situations with energy and enthusiasm A good customer service attitude is required and expected Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products **MCR Health is a drug free workplace.
