We are looking to speak with mid to senior-level healthcare transactional associates to join our client's well-regarded Healthcare practice in Los Angeles.We are looking to speak with attorneys with an interest in continuing or building a practice around healthcare transactional work, with a focus on private equity transactions.Our client's team draws on their extensive healthcare and finance experience to help clients develop sound investment strategies from both a regulatory and a business perspective. They regularly advise equity sponsors and lenders (including both first lien and mezzanine lenders) in a broad range of leveraged finance transactions.This is an excellent Los Angeles opportunity to lead deals and provide thorough due diligence analysis of a target company's operations, identifying potential regulatory and legal risks that may affect investment returns.Annual salary: $250,000 - $400,000.The work is rewarding, the team is fantastic, and the career development and market exposure is the next level.For a confidential chat about this or other roles we are handling, please do get in touch! #J-18808-Ljbffr
