Health Visitor Opportunity available for a Health Visitor to work within the Young Persons Team, based in Cambridge The team sits within a Young Persons Team with the role predominately continuing responsibility for an identified caseload and is committed to the development of an effective high quality service to designated families with pre- school children and infants. Health Visitor Opportunity available for a Health Visitor to work within the Young Persons Team, based in Cambridge The team sits within a Young Persons Team with the role predominately continuing responsibility for an identified caseload and is committed to the development of an effective high quality service to designated families with pre- school children and infants. You will use evidenced based practice to backss, plan, implement and evaluate care in line with the Healthy Child Programme, addressing inequalities in health and maintaining excellent links with relevant agencies. As part of this role you will provide and receive highly complex, sensitive or contentious information for families and the wider multiagency team and establish and maintain relationships with clients and wider team members. You will be able to communicate highly sensitive condition related information including child abuse, to clients, relatives, and the wider multiagency team and interact with other team members throughout the Health Visiting Team, wider children’s services, and other external agencies. This role is to commence asap with the shift patterns being Monday to Friday The hourly rate for this role is: £26.00 Per Hour The Benefits of working with Service Care Solutions: We offer a £250 sign up bonus for any new nurses that register with our agency. We also offer a £250 referral fee bonus for any nurse you refer who we place in to work on a 3 month contract.
