Join Community Services Group (CSG) , a Certified B Corporation, as a Health Services Coordinator for our Adult Mental Health Services Crisis & Diversion (C&D) Program in Steelton, PA and find meaning in your work every day. We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) and immediately hiring for this position.CSG is offering a $2,000.00 Sign-On-Bonus for this position. The Sign-On-Bonus will be paid after the successful completion of the 6-month initial evaluation period.As a Health Services Coordinator , you monitor, coordinate, and provide nursing oversight for designated programs in CSG. You will: Oversee implementation, and follow through of medical care plans and review medical records. Develop and supervise written treatment plans or nursing care plans for individuals in conjunction with the treatment team. Provide on-going training to staff in medications, medical regulations, terminology, and other health related information. Assess the individuals' health needs through observation of behavioral changes and physical signs and symptoms. Administer medications, provide treatments, and other health services as prescribed by the physician and in accordance with state regulations. Determine primary support and coverage for the prescribers and ensures that each nurse meets these expectations. This position offers: Starting at $28.00 per hour. Full-Time (40 hours per week) Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 3 PM. Must be able to work flexible hours to meet individual's and program's needs. Qualifications: A valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Pennsylvania and at least 2 years of experience; OR a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania and at least 1 year of experience. Experience with behavioral health population preferred but not required. Have a valid driver's license, good driving record, and access to a reliable vehicle to attend trainings, meetings, and/or transport individual to appointments.
