Mentor and develop Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners, promoting clinical excellence and adherence to JumpstartMDβs care protocols. Foster an accountable workplace culture that encourages innovation and teamwork, aligned with JumpstartMDβs mission and values. Optimize Standard Operating Procedures for enhanced patient satisfaction and operational efficiency. Model exceptional patient interaction and actively participate in leadership and educational meetings. Provide support to staff for clinical inquiries and maintain a thorough understanding of company policies. Address significant operational issues with the Chief Medical Officer or Director of Clinical Operations as needed. π₯Ό QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS Valid California MD or DO license. DEA Registration Certificate. Background check clearance.
