About the Opportunity The Social Worker reports to the Health Services Manager and works with other social work staff, the Interdisciplinary team, and management to plan, deliver, and evaluate a comprehensive social work service, available to in-patient, out-patient and ambulatory care clients, as well as to individuals who refer themselves or are referred from the community.
