We are looking for a Health and Safety Manager to join our team of professionals in Lansdale, PA. If the description below sounds like you, Apply Now! What your daily responsibilities look like: Lead, manage, and develop the skills of a team of health and safety professionals Proactively build client relationships and develop business opportunities with current and new clients Oversee various client health and safety projects to ensure deliverables are completed and meet client expectations and budgetary requirements Conduct OSHA compliance audits and assessments in a wide variety of sectors Develop, audit, and update OSHA required and management safety policies Analyze clients and develop Job Safety Analysis, Lockout/Tagout equipment-specific procedures, Confined Space Determinations, and PPE hazard assessments Prepare recommendation reports for clients to minimize hazards and reduce client risks Develop and present effective presentations and safety training programs to all levels of employees What you need to succeed in this role: B.S. or M.S. in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related physical/biological sciences A minimum of 10 years of experience is required in occupational safety and health including the investigation, analysis, and evaluation of workplace conditions, practices, programs, and employee injuries In-depth of General Industry OSHA regulations including: LOTO, Emergency Action Plan, PPE, Respiratory Protection, Hearing Protection, Confined Space Entry, Bloodborne, Pathogens, etc. Continued commitment in self-development of knowledge and expertise including participation in professional associations and continuous education Teamwork and collaboration with internal staff members Flexibility and comfort working under tight deadlines and changing priorities. Ability to travel locally and overnight (overnight travel up to 25% of the time) Professional certification (CSP) preferable Proven experience developing effective proposals and reports (consulting experience preferable) Effective client relationship and project management skills.
