As a Heading Machine Operator you will: * Ensure Efficient machine setup's. Primary objective is to set up a cold heading machines accurately. * Safely operate cold heading machines during production runs, by making adjustments as necessary and troubleshoot any issues. * Inspecting finished parts for dimensional accuracy, surface finish. * Work as a team player by collaborating with colleagues and supervisors to identify and implement process improvements. * Stay updated on industry trends technology advancements, and best practices related to cold heading processes and equipment. Qualifications needed: * Advance Experience in Cold & Hot Heading Machine Operator * Machine Shop * Manufacturing * Experience with the safe use of tools * Ability to follow all safety practices and procedures * Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screenPay Rate: $30.00-$40.00/hr *Temp to hire*** Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
