With us, you have the ultimate opportunity to gain new and challenging work experiences and create an unparalleled, direct impact.Job Title: Head of US Aesthetics Analytics, Data Strategy & InsightsLocation: Dallas, TX ( 3 days in office)The Director, Aesthetics Data and Analytics will oversee all data and analytics for US Aesthetics business. This includes responsibility for coordination and delivery of commercial data infrastructure and reporting standards for Home Office and Field based employees as well as providing analytics and insights on commercial and market performance across the business. This role serves as a strategic business partner on the US Aesthetics Leadership Team and should navigate seamlessly between both technical and business roles through partnership like sales, marketing, supply chain, finance, corporate, IT, and global functions. This role will be responsible for leading and coaching a small team to deliver accurate, timely reporting and analysis and help synthesize recommendations in support of critical business decisions.Key Responsibilities: * Provides innovative thought leadership guide commercial data assets and reporting and analytics capabilities within overall business strategy. * Oversees all third party data and analytics relationships to ensure data to day data delivery accurately and timely and all analytics and insights meet the needs of the business * Ensures data/reporting knowledge and expertise for Aesthetics Business Unit as well as local cross-business unit functions and global partnerships, including experience leading/developing capabilities within modern business intelligence platforms such as Tableau/PowerBI. * Makes decisions and recommendations that are clearly linked to the organization's strategy and financial goals and drives performance improvement. * Partner with IT resources across data warehousing and commercial applications to ensure alignment of and utilization of data assets are done compliantly and affectively * Provide and implement innovative and progressive solutions and tools to achieve business objectives in the most efficient and effective manner * Set standards for measuring program success, including descriptive and predictive analytical outputs such as incremental revenue, ROI, forecasting, cost analysis and produce and analyze executive level reports to support Galderma leadership initiatives * Lead the ongoing development of Analytics team members in both technical and business competencies, including internal and external training as budgets allowPreferred Skills and Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics or a related field, required * Master's degree (MA/MS/MBA) preferred. Minimum 12 years of experience in data leadership role working within data governance or similar role * Abilities in assessing, selecting, and advocating data management technologies and practices eliminating gaps between the current state and a well-designed future state * Experience and exposure to data privacy regulations and their impact to an organization * Preferably worked in company with a global footprint, with exposure and collaboration cross-business unit and 5 or more years of experience successfully leading a team of direct reports. * Strong communicator and influencer, collaborating and influencing at all levels of the company, and regularly brief executive leadership. * Proven ability to handle high degrees of complexity, as well as working across a matrix environment. * Must be able to organize, prioritize, and work effectively in a constantly evolving work place. * Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. * Demonstrate high personal integrity, teamwork abilities, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environment. * Ability to read and interpret documents such as company policies, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, financial reports, and legal documents. * Ability to make written or oral presentations and respond to common inquiries or complaints.What we offer in return:You will be working for an organization that embraces diversity & inclusion and believe we will deliver better outcomes by reflecting the perspectives of our diverse customer base.
