The Role: Head of Sales As our Head of Sales, you'll be reporting to the CEO, and have a seat on the senior leadership team; you will spearhead revenue growth from real estate firms - specifically property management. There will be a strong preference for someone coming from the industry who understands our customers and has an existing relationship with our ICP in the US. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership and Growth: Build, lead, and retain a high-performance sales team. Initially, you will inherit a small team ( 2 - 4) Leverage your existing network to bring proven sales talent into the business under your leadership. Provide guidance, mentorship, and ongoing training. Driving Revenue Growth: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities as an IC and through a team: you will be responsible for the delivery of the team revenue target Cultivate strong ties with key clients and strategic partners to personally close high-value customers. Commission and Incentive Plans: Design and refine plans in collaboration with Finance to motivate and reward sales performance. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with company goals. Monitor market shifts and customer needs for fine-tuning our sales approach.
