Position Summary Skullcandy seeks a new member of the international sales team-taking Skullcandy to the music-loving population of the world. The candidate must be highly motivated with an exceptional work ethic, pan-Latin America CE selling experience, and a grand vision to manage high growth expectations in the region. The Latin America Head of Sales will work cross-functionally with product, sales, finance, marketing and operations teams based in Park City, Utah. Primary Functional Responsibilities Primary point of contact for all distributors, in-market sales representatives and key retailers. Evaluate current channel network and competitive environments to develop region specific strategies. Develop and exceed monthly and annual revenue and margin targets. Manage to planned LATAM SG&A expense budgets. Spend to maximize ROI. Maintain client relationships, grow existing businesses while identifying and converting meaningful new business growth. Manage Gross Profit, Expense, Sales Productivity, Customer Service, Reporting, etc. Work with Skullcandy's Sales Operations and Planning teams to ensure a streamlined order flow. Required Experience and Skills 20-30% of time spent in and across the region. Pan Latin-America CE sales background. Action sports retail experience is a plus. Strong financial acumen. Pricing, margin evaluation, account profitability backssment. Ability to work autonomously and engage company stakeholders to maximize results Best in class customer engagement with strong references. Portable audio experience preferred but not essential. Ability to assemble and present regional strategies, annual business plans including justification of recommended regional investments. Strong cross-functional collaborator. Ability to rally internal stakeholders in support of regional strategy and opportunities. Written and verbal proficiency in English and Spanish. Network of established channel contacts in region.
