Your future duties and responsibilities As Head of Planning and Scheduling here at CGI, some of your day to day duties will include Proactively managing service level performance Strategic analysis and management of short- and long-term risks Propose areas of cost reduction and resource savings, through resource optimisation. Undertake client tours demonstrating P&S capability. Leadership of 4 members of the planning and scheduling team Work with Service Desk Operations Directors to establish future and existing contract/service priorities.
