Job Title Head of Food & Beverage – Private Members Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 + Benefits Location: London A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Head of Food & Beverage to join the team at this premium private members club, which is opening later this year. You will be responsible for managing service, quality control and ensuring a consistent F&B experience is executed within the venue - with guest satisfaction is at the forefront of every decision. We are looking for a passionate individual, from a premium bar or member clubs, who thrives of working in a busy and high-pressured environment. Key responsibilities: Ensure the smooth planning and delivery of the food and beverage service Ensure service, staffing and member/guest experience is delivered to an extremely high standard Support in creating and designing exceptional menus Maintain H&S compliance and lead a health & safety culture Lead in recruitment, inductions, training, and development of the team Excellent control of all operating costs in line with set targets Maximise sales and revenue opportunities at all times Implement opportunities that drive efficiency and effective process Stay up to date on industry trends, innovations, and best practices Skills and Experience: Experience in Premium Bar/Private Members Club management background London market experience approachable with good interpersonal skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to lead others Builds genuine partnerships with clients Knows how to pursue profit with integrity Has an eye on the future Engaging, enthusiastic and motivated Job Title Head of Food & Beverage – Private Members Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 + Benefits Location: London If you are keen to discuss the details further, please apply today or send your cv to Marlene@Get social……. http: ////COREcruitment DOTcom/Tweet us @COREcruitment.
