Based in Pudsey, easily accessible from Bradford, Wakefield, Dewsbury, Huddersfield, Halifax, Wetherby, Leeds, York, and Harrogate. Key responsibilities of the Head of Engineering and continuous improvement will include: Improve in-house resources and facilities, reducing our reliance on external companies and contractors. Work with the Sustainability Engineer to create and execute a plan to reduce our site's carbon footprint, starting with water, energy, and waste reduction. Oversee projects derived from the sustainability strategy of 'reduce' and ensure tangible results are report. Conduct regular team reviews and one-on-one meetings with each member, ensuring strong support and open communication. Work with the Sustainability Engineer to create and execute a plan to reduce our site's carbon footprint, starting with water, energy, and waste reduction. For the Head of Engineering role, we are keen to receive applications from individuals who possess the following: At least 10-year experience in Engineering and Manufacturing, with engineering higher qualifications. Trained in Continuous Improvement methodology e. g Lean Six Sigma. Excellent understanding of Sustainability strategies and examples of historic success... Visit ListedBuy for more information.
