Head Chef – Independent education – Every other weekend off Location: Oxford Salary: Up to £40,000My client is looking for a strong, Head Chef to head up the catering operations of this fantastic independent education contract for 350 students and staff. This is a 5/7 52 week operation. You will be managing the team to produce healthy, fresh, and quality food for the students & staff. It is imperative you come from a private education catering background or from a high-end business and industry contract. Strong financial acumen, communication and leadership are required to be successful. Producing fantastic food and influencing those around you to do the same will be your focus. Excellent client relations are needed to succeed in this role.
