A DAY IN THE LIFE OF OUR GYM ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER As our Gym Assistant General Manager, you fill a dynamic, hands-on role making our facility a positive place for our members and employees. Under the direction of our general manager, you perform a variety of duties to keep our facility functioning smoothly. You assist with administrative tasks, such as processing payroll and scheduling staff, as well as help maintain the facility and equipment. Highly motivated to meet and exceed goals, you also help drive up our sales. You enjoy working with a supportive and helpful team and take pride in the exceptional service and leadership you bring to the table! QUALIFICATIONS Experience with outbound sales calls Experience completing peer-to-peer (P2P) sales Ability to provide high-quality leadership This position works 40 hours per week and enjoys a flexible schedule .
