Love being a Counselor, but hate all the paperwork? We are currently seeking a full-time Group Facilitator to lead counseling and educational Substance Use Disorder groups in our residential program. WE ENCOURAGE BOTH EXPERIENCED AND ENTRY LEVEL COUNSELORS TO APPLY! Wage is based on experience. What We Offer: Flexible day shift hours. Full and supportive on the job training. Professional development funds to pay for licensing and renewal fees, and CEU's. Free meals. Employee Assistance Program. Earned Sick & Safe Time. Full-time employees receive: Health insurance (employer pays 83% of premiums, contributes $3050 to deductible, and $900 annually to Health Savings Account). 403b retirement with 3% match after one year and 3% annual contribution after two years of employment. Employer paid life insurance. 11 paid holidays off per year. 2 weeks paid vacation begins accruing the first day of employment, increases to 3 weeks after 2 years. 12 days of paid sick time per year, begins accruing the first day of employment. We're a 501c3 nonprofit which makes us a qualifying employer for federal student loan forgiveness programs.
