Group Reservations Coordinator COREcruitment Ltd Brussels Metropolitan Area On-site Save Apply Job Description: Group Executive and Individual Reservations Location: Brussels Salary: €3300 Bruto + perks The role: You are playing a key role in helping customers book their hotel stays as you are the first point of contact. You are able to use your sales techniques to encourage customers to make a booking and upsell any other offers the hotel might offer at the time of booking. The Groups Executive and Individual Bookings agent often works on the telephone and responds to customers via emails to ensure that all bookings are responded to in a timely manner. You are in charge of all bedroom reservations, modifications or cancellations in the reservation system. Try to upsell and apply all strategies proposed by the Revenue Management and Director of Sales & Marketing Enroll guests to the hotel Loyalty Program You check incoming reservations for valid details and to ensure quality of reservations Handling online reviews and inquiries for online booking agencies Creating and maintaining relationships with travel agents and agencies Provide support front desk operations Contributing to the overall guests satisfaction You play a coordinating role with other departments to consolidate communication and create memorable experiences. About You Flexible and ability to adapt quickly Positive reaction to new situations keeping emphasis on a balanced approach. Thinking ahead and developing contingencies are easy to you You communicate clearly and openly both verbally and in writing. You are motivated, love to perform to ensure that goals are achieved. Good personality and charm are important to represent yourself as part of the hotel brand. Qualifications, Skills & Experience Fluent in French, Dutch and English; written and spoken.
